Parking On Pavements Is Causing An Obstruction......Ken!

So i went to this indus=strial estate in Basildin, in Essex ( UK) & spotted this erratic parking that almost completely blocked the pathway !
Tried to ask them nicely to arrange a move . They showed themselves to be people who don't care about pother people.
