One Pot Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta

This a yummy recipe using the tuscan heat spice mix we just posted. Give it a try. - Sarah

Ingredients

2 tsp olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp Tuscan Heat Spice
8 oz uncooked cellentani
1 lb chicken breast, cooked & cubed or pre cooked rotisserie chicken
1 cups fresh spinach
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes
2 1/2 cups water
2 tsp chicken broullion granules
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions

In a pot on medium high heat, add butter, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, crushed red pepper, uncooked pasta, spinach, red peppers, sun-dried, and broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low cook according to pasta directions and pasta is al-dente.
Add heavy cream, cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Stir until it is nice and creamy.
