Nightmare DIY Salvage/Refurb XBOX Series X - (4517)

This XBOX Series X came in for No Power and No Video. The HDMI Port is damaged and will need to be replaced to restore Video. But why is the unit not Powering on? They tried to DIY and it became a DIY (Destroy It Yourself). Cane we fix it!?
