Dear Pastor Bob: I attended a Pentecostal Church and they tried getting me to speak in tongues. I was baptized not too long before this. So, they said I needed to speak in tongues to prove my Salvation and my rebirth. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and they didn’t want to take no for an answer. They said it should automatically happen, but it didn’t. Also, some of the members were watching me the whole time during the worship music, expecting me to start speaking in tongues, but I was unable to. Do you have any advice?
