Random Rants: Boyega Is BACK? FN-2187 To Return In Next Star Wars Movie Along Daisy Ridley's Rey

We might not like it, we might not agree with it, but Disney is invested in bring the Sequel Trilogy characters back for another try. This time, rumors have it that John Boyega will reprise his role as Finn, the Stormtrooper turned Jedi, in the next Star Wars film, directed by Sharmin Obaid-Chinoy, scheduled for December 2025.

Finn was definitely the one character that had some promise but Lucasfilm botched. Boyega previously stated he would never return to Star Wars after the way his character was treated, but with this news, one has to wonder what was discussed. If Boyega is coming back, what will they do with him?
