Campfire Fried Green Tomatoes with Goat Cheese and Horseradish

I've always wanted to make fried green tomatoes over the fire with our early greenhouse tomatoes. They turned out pretty good with my favorite toppins, brown sugar, goat cheese and horseradish sauce. We also added some fresh picked ramps from the woods and enjoyed some of my brothers freeze dried candy beforehand.
