Joseph Killins, 38, was arrested on Saturday in connection with a rape and kidnapping on April 18 at an apartment complex in Tampa
Authorities say he he held a female DoorDash driver at gunpoint and demanded cash, then had her drive to the complex where he raped her
The next day, police said, he forced another woman to the ground at the complex and stole her backpack
