Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing has been in business since 1939 . They have been doing air conditioning and heating for over eight decades . This video was done at my townhouse in Las Vegas , Nevada . The air condtioner / heat pump was from 1997 ! It lasted a long time , more than most do these days . They came out and removed it and replaced with a brand new one the same day . They had to get a crane to lift them since it is a 2 story building and mounted on the roof . They came out later and did the duct cleaning .
