Sweetwater Movie Review

This film is the story of Nat "Sweetwater" Clifton (Everette Osbourne), who in 1944 went from being a basketball wizard, amazing audiences during Harlem Globetrotters exhibition games to becoming the first black basketball player to sign with an NBA team--the New York Knicks--changing the NBA forever, paving the way for future Hall of Fame athletes such as Kareem Abdul Jabar, Magic Johnson and of course Michael Jordan. Also starring Carey Elwes, Jeremy Piven, Kevin Pollack, Richard Dreyfuss, and newcomer Emmaline Campbell.
