Another, more formal, way that this happens is through the FISA courts, where the government gets a court to approve surveillance based on the supposed evidence already against you. As we've seen in recent years, this can be badly abused. So what do we do about it?

Sara is joined by Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs to discuss the erosion of privacy perpetrated by our government and how he is approaching upcoming hearings on the future of the FISA courts. He also warns us about the massive tide of illegal immigration we will see after Title 42 expires next month.
