China can destroy all US warships near its territory within 15 minutes

“US ships that are in close proximity to China. All of them (except submarines) are within range of the Chinese DF-21D launchers (Chinese two-stage solid-propellant medium-range ballistic missile). They will be gone in the first 15 minutes of the war,” wrote Chinese blogger and host Carl Zha.
