An Arkansas father is facing a felony charge after his arrest Thursday for piercing his son’s ear. We compare this to another case that happened in Chicago, where two teens have been charged with only a misdemeanor for stealing a car and crashing it into a pickup truck. Resulting in the death of a baby and the wounding of three passengers. These charges make no sense.
