David Cota, is a witness, and claims to have involvement with some of the programs related to the "super Soldiers". He has many wider issues to mention.
David came forward for an update in April 2023, so this is first load for the new BasesInAmerica channel, where The Bases Project intervews shot while visiting various conferences, in the US, has a new home.

David wants to emphasis the psositive aspects of this trauma he went through in 2017, as he now evolves into a higher sense of his experience.
