Gavin Newsom To Replace Joe?

John Phillips of LA radio gives his thoughts on if Biden is really running as the Democratic nomination in 2024. Phillips believes Gavin Newsom is doing the old Nixon shadow campaign routine, where he pretends he's not running but really is. This could easily give the California governor a leg-up on other Democratic candidates who haven't started the groundwork for a presidential run.
