Chapter 19 (Ilia): The Bitter Cold

Roy's army is up against the Ilian soldiers in the vision-obscuring blizzard. A pegasus knight tells her commander that the Etrurian army is here to liberate them, but Sigune doesn't buy it, thinking that the heroes will just take over the nation like Bern did, so Sigune fights us instead.

Tips/Comments:
- Roy misspelled "wind" as "wing."
- The brigands will show up at the south on Turns 11 - 15.
- The pegasus knights, which we didn't fight, will show up from the northwest corner, north edge, and south edge on Turns 16 - 20.

Normally, I would post a link to where I got the game ROM, but I'm going to keep it secret, because I don't want the Nintendo ninjas to kill that website like they did with Emu Paradise. Sorry to say, but you're going to have to find a emulator ROM site on you own.
