Marathon Des Sables 2023 | Day 3 Update

Today's Marathon Des Sables, has been ninja folks. We've had runners taken away by the paramedics, constant dust storms, painful mountains to navigate and a bout of diarrhoea to contend with. Tomorrow's heat looks to be around 50c and we've around 50 miles to run, walk....or crawl. We're still kicking though!
