Idi Amin Dada Speaking At The Organisation Of African Unity Summit In Khartoum, Sudan - 1978

Amin declared his country to be economically liberated from Britain and to have uprooted "British imperialism" from Uganda. He also pointed out what he felt to be a major cause of Africa's weakness: the tendency of allowing non-African powers to intervene militarily in the continents affairs.
