Then&Now: Mariupol, Ukraine 🇺🇦

The city of Mariupol in Ukraine was the location of one of the main battles at the start of the bloody invasion and war by Russia. Thousands of Ukrainian soldiers were hunkered down in the catacombs of the city, that was razed to the ground by the occupying forces. For now, Mariupol is under Russian control, but the once prosperous city at the Black Sea will be united with the rest of free Ukraine eventually!
