Ice Bath Vlog Episode 1: Why I'm Doing This

So, forgive the quality on this video, it started off as an Instagram Live video and I then later had to downloaded it via a third party website since IG didn't give me an option to.

I got a ton of positive response so I figured I'd make it a regular thing on our channel. These will be higher quality in both video, audio, and subject matter as I do more in the future.
