I have asked the council for permission to broadcast this meeting in accordance with Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014.

I hope to interview councillors and members of the public who turn up. I’ll bring you what occurs.

This is a NATIONAL issue, not just a local emergency. The Levelling Up Bill has made it simple for the Secretary of State to go ahead with this without the need for any consultation with the public, no planning permission and even able to amend any agreed details after they are in writing!
