Chris Kenny has engaged in a debate over the Voice to Parliament with former assist attorney-general Amanda Stoker.
Kenny said there were a lot of “furphies” designed to “create fear and alarm” about the proposed Voice to Parliament.

“Critics need to stick to the facts, and not run baseless scare campaigns,” Kenny said.

Among the criticisms of the Voice called out by Kenny was the claim it will slow down the process of government.

“It won't be able to overturn government decisions, slow them down or stick its nose into everything government does,” he said.

However some of Kenny’s claims were refuted by his next guest, Amanda Stoker.
