INGREDIENTS :
170 grams parmesan ( 5.99 oz )
130 grams baby spinach leaves ( 4.58 oz )
175 grams chopped sundried tomatoes ( 6.17 oz )
540 ml heavy cream ( 18.25 fl oz )
100 ml chicken broth ( 3.38 fl oz )
1 chopped small onion
2 minced garlic cloves
4 + 2 tablespoons olive oil ( 59.12 + 29.56 ml )
1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 + 0.26 grams )
1/8 + 1/8 teaspoon salt ( 0.28 + 0.28 grams )
1 + 1/4 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning 1.20 + 0.30 grams )
1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon cayenne ( 0.44 + 0.22 grams )
2 sliced medium baguettes
INSTRUCTIONS :
.in a pan on low to medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil
.once heated add 2 minced garlic cloves, cook for 1 minute
.add 1 chopped small onion & cook for 1 to 2 minutes
.add 175 grams chopped sundried tomatoes & cook for 1 to 2 minutes
.add 100 ml chicken broth, mix well
.add 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
.add 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon salt & mix well
.add 130 grams baby spinach leaves, mix well & cook for 2 minutes
.add 540 ml heavy cream, mix well
.add 170 grams parmesan, mix well, cook for 2 to 3 minutes
.in a bowl add 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
.add 1/8 teaspoon cayenne, 1/8 teaspoon salt
.add 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix well
.place baguette slices on baking tray & brush on olive oil mix
.place in oven grill for 2 to 3 minutes
