Forgot to add that on call I was told all the investigators have to do is walk they do not have to take samples at the burn sight for road material and mixing of pavement.
you would not see a burn or read emissions if you came weeks later...
you did not add the second call I told you my concerns with water table too due to the road material site that burns is in a area that locally many with well house are shallow 20-80 ft deep...should had not hung up...
