Carnival has confirmed new information about the JUBILEE. Including two of the ship's signature neighborhoods.

Carnival will begin charging for dinner in Chi-Bang for anyone who eats more than once in the venue. The initial dinner will remain complimentary.

The Norwegian Sun is suffering technical problems, forcing the ship to pause a Panama Canal transit while seeking repairs.
