After freeing the gladiators at the Montwise arena with Kazan's help and derailing a weapon shipment to Ku for his own army, Hikari now goes to Stormhail to seek out his former ally, Rai Mei. However, Rai Mei thinks only of her clan and fears King Mugen will exterminate Clan Mei if Rai Mei sides with Hikari. Can Hikari break through to her and help her help him break Mugen's stranglehold once and for all?
