SoulCast - Choose Easy

Sometimes in uncertain times it may feel as if your prayers are not getting through. It feels like they are hitting the ceiling and bouncing down and splattering on the floor. God wants you to know that he is listening and he hears you.

This week we get to take it easy. We get to Choose Easy. As humans we sometimes make things more difficult and complicated than they need to be. Be mindful of this tendency and choose the path of least resistance, choose simple. Allow Gods grace, ease, and effortlessness to enter into your heart space.

Now is the time to give yourself that daily respite from all the stress and worry you have in your life. Take that 5 to 10-minute break to stop, breathe and go into silence. You may want to do this more than once a day. Do it as many times as you feel is needed to feel your higher self and your angels. Give your angels tasks to do to help make your day easier. Ask them for their help.

We are being stretched mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It may serve to stretch your physical body, so these other stresses don’t build up in your body and cause dis-ease and break down.

Right now, you are both the student and the teacher. Share what you have learned and your experiences with those arounds you if you feel inspired to do so. However, some people are not ready or you are not the teacher for them. In that case step back and release them to God asking Him to send them their teacher in the perfect space, time, and sequence for them.

Pay attention to your dreams, synchronicities and coincidences. Your intuitive sensitivity is increasing. It is important to act on your inspired thoughts and dreams. You may want to write them down, maybe in your evidence, gratitude, or dream journal.
