There is obviously a problem with rape occurring over in Europe stemming from religious extremists within the refugee community. The concerning part though is changing the laws in such a fashion as to not need proof of ones guilt in order to convict. A jury is absolutely necessary in order to properly look over the evidence. What Scotland is doing is going to lead to innocent men being convicted of crimes they did not commit.
