Renaming US military bases – is this really necessary?

The US government is spending more than $80 million on renaming a handful of military bases across the United States to supposedly erase “ racist“ names from their titles. Including some of the largest and most well-known military bases in American history, Fort Bragg, and Fort Benning. Is this is stupid as it sounds? You bet it is!
