Extraordinary Video of a Possible Portal: "The ground started to roar."

Something incomprehensible is witnessed by construction workers inside a tunnel. The tunnel seems to move as a cloud, repeatedly, suddenly appearing and disappearing.

"The ground started to roar. It sounded like the roar of a lion. It was very scary. It felt like the tunnel would collapse or explode at any time." said a construction worker.
