What's going on in Ukraine?

Europe apparently keeps funding both sides of the war in Ukraine. Is this war for the emancipation of Ukrainians, as NATO says, or is it in furtherance of the WEF's Agenda 2030? It clearly seems like the aim is to throw the world's economy into chaos, suck up all the wealth to the rich, and impoverish the people to where they'll have nonchoice but to depend on government for sustainance. That's how you get them to "own nothing and be happy."
