Rod Culleton FOIR - no head of power

Rod shows the document received from the (alleged) Attorney General's department in 'Australia'. No document to support the 'King of Australia', no Royal Styles and Titles Act, no lawful prosecutorial power....
And as I upload this, apparently 'King Charles' has announced he wishes to be 'defender of faiths' - which I guess includes satanism etc.
