Tommy Roc restores a Gretsch Synsonics Terminator🎶🎸

I was able to restore that old Gretsch Synsonics Terminator to playability🎸

I wasn't able to collab with the artist to resurface it; so I went ahead & fixed it up🙏
It plays shockingly well for an instrument of which I'm really stoked that it plays as well as it does; for an infamously BAD guitar.

As I understand (& correct me if I'm mistaken) Gretsch started out strong, but bought Kay Guitars (the old Western Auto line) & Gretsch went bankrupt buying that & previously making only acoustic guitars & semi-hollow-body guitars & tried to be "innovative"🤔
This guitar line was basically a disaster, too.

Thing is...they learned they cannot cut corners at all & they went "think-tank mode" to save their asses.
Their product is far better these days, but they bit off more than they could chew buying the Kay Guitar line.

This guitar was made in like 1984 OR 1988.
