This video is to encourage you to take control of that part of your life you've been slacking in. For me it was food. This is only the first step, not much accomplished, except the decision to finally take care of my body again.
For 5 years now I've gained about 20 or more extra pounds and this is the beginning of my change. I have gained (expectedly ) 4 lbs after I started eating again, but it's been steady going.
I hope this inspires you and pushed me to do more with ourselves!
We are so much more capable than we give ourselves credit for.
Even something as simple as eating, or not eating in this case, Proves to me that we are quite restrained by our beliefs!

Try it. Try anything you think is impossible... I bet you'll end up more successful than you would have imagined!

P.S. Yes, it was hard. I am not going to lie. But it was also really fun and insightful!
