You HAVE to WANT it

It's important to consider why you do something in the first place, ask your self are you doing this because you want the results, or are you doing it because you love it? Now i understand that somethings are actually a means to an end, but if you are saying that, you are missing the point. Dicipline is to constantly find the interest in the act and being present, not in the "Getting it over with", there is always something to get excited about, if we are in the right state of mind, things that we normally find terrible or uncomfortable, become rather enjoyable! If you haven't tried centering your mind and thinking beyond dicipline and task, you might find yourself in the same thinking as i've shared in this video!
