Illinois AWB stopped! Attorney makes dumb argument Court issues injunction!

A judge in the southern district court of Illinois has slammed the Illinois assault weapon ban with a preliminary injunction that halts its implementation statewide. The judge weighed in that the chances of the AWB being constitutional are unlikely, but that the case is also far from over.
