I do believe this is a minimal EDC list, however i probably could not carry the earphones and yes, sometimes i do leave my phone at home. But let's be realistic, not self-destructive.
As far as items I bring occasionally are a Wacom bamboo tablet, maybe a flash drive or a hard drive depending, I usually bring a Samsung SSD because it's small and light.
When i start a job i bring my over ear BOSE QC-35 headphones to work then leave them there until the job ends.
