Best Advice I Have

I wanted to advise to quit gossiping and talking trash. If you changed this one behavior this will cascade towards a better well being, more gains at work, better liked with peers and more respected overall.
Gossiping is a bad habit but can be changed with a little bit of work.
There are plenty of shared theories on how talking trash ruins a person's mindset and can negatively affect a person well being. It's time to make an update to yourself in 2018 and quit the gossip!
