In this week's episode, I urge you to adopt the principle that you can't have above-average results with average behaviours.

Abandon the idea that you can be extra-ordinary whilst being ordinary.

I invite you to consider what average results really are in the areas of mind, body and spirit, and whether or not that's where you want to stay.
