"Join me on my weight loss quest. Today I start, I am 416 pounds. Everyday I will be discussion what I am doing to lose weight and how we can have an open forum to discuss and share ideas on getting fit and maintaining a health lifestyle. I will also be setting up a website and daily blog listing my activities and what I eat so we can all be honest."

I am healther at 439.2 today than I was at 416 back in July 2009! What a ride!
