Altium Designer Serious ERC bug

This has got to be a serious bug, surely?
UPDATE: Setting the .OutJob source to "Project" fixes that.
So clearly it's a problem with invoking the compile for just the schematic sheet, either in OutJOb or Right Click Compiling
