Contacting Telstra Support About Blocking Bitchute

My ISP Telstra have voluntarily blocked Bitchute.com
I decided to try and contact Telstra business customer support to find out why and if I could get a refund.
It didn't go to plan.
BTW, Youtube have blocked Bitchute hashtags!
