Serial Killer: Donald "The Recidivist" Blom

Donald Albin Blom was an American convicted of the murder of Katie Poirier in 1999. He was also suspected of being a serial killer by case investigators. They believe that his modus operandi was to change his name and appearance after each incident. He changed his name 5 times.
