Jews were instrumental in the early expansion of islam. They funded mohammed and his successor so they can take jerusalem from the byzantines. And not too long after, jews helped the muslims take Spain in the 8th century. There were a few jews that helped write the koran ( I can't come up with their names on top of my head right now). The whole berber slave trade where over a million Europeans were kidnapped and sold, that was a joint jewish-muslim operation.

In essence, jews and muslims have a long history of working with each other of invading and destroying Western nations. And that relationship continues to this day.
