Most* of the time, that “something” you’re listening to is just generating problems, fear, sadness negativity. And we all have this thing. And we are all being whispered to by this thing, and it’s provoking us to anger, annoyance, reactivity. Taking us out of the moment and out of our peace, and generating conflict. It’s super creepy tbh, when you really think about it. Reads like a weird #scifi movie/tv show. Except it isn’t fiction. It is tually happening to us in real time, in the “real” world. Whatever “real” means.
