Mind Games: Targeted Individuals

In the 1950’a CIA program called MKULTRA, began a sinister top secret illegal human experimentation program to develop drugs and procedures for harassment and interrogation tactics. Many individuals across the globe weren’t aware of their participation.
PACTS started in 2015 when a group of concerned targeted individuals gathered to continue activism efforts towards freedom from covert torture and harassment with directed forms of energy, also known as Havana Syndrome. What is a targeted Individual?

Meet Deserie Foley, Assistant Director to PACTS International (People Against Covert Torture and Surveillance) and Michael H., both attacked by covert groups. Our guests are targeted individuals living under non-conceptual harassment for over 20 years enduring psychological tortures. Michael suffers from sleep deprivation. An insidious tactic used in victims were they are woken several times a night and kept awake for days, debilitating cognitive and physical functions.
