Did Fauci, give the gays aids? The Musical

I was navigating thru Gab and found a video by @Morpheus MAGA, which shoes Dr. Fauci, speaking about the aids epidemic. In this video it almos makes it seem like the aids in the gays epedemic was fabricated or introduced into this community in the 80s. He states that this epemic is targeted in major cities. He uses the word surmise, which I had to look up and its definition is: 'suppose that something is true without having evidence to confirm it". But later he says "you take an infectious agent and you introduce it into a population". That second part left me a little baffled. Then he suggested Remdesivir be used to treat the infected. So many died from Remdesivir, that the gay community of the 80s stood up and protested Dr. Fauci. I'm surprised he is still active at such a high level, wasn't there anyone better? To be fair he might be entertaining a conspiracy of how it was introduced and just the way he explained it came across as he personally led the charge to introduce it to the community. For all I know this could be a deep fake.
