During a pre-election walkthru at the Huntington Center (formerly TCF Center), Detroit election officials attempt to explain the process by which votes are tallied at the Absentee Vote Counting Board. Explanations provided affirm that the path that tabulation data takes is convoluted and without an audit trail for poll challengers to observe. To this day, there are no precinct-specific election results provided by the City of Detroit for absentee ballots.
