Ingredients:

• 1 kg of chicken leg
• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons of mustard
• 1 dessert spoon of sweet paprika
• 1 dessert spoon of lemon pepper
• 1 dessert spoon Garlic Powder or Fried Garlic
• 1 dessert spoon of salt
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method:

Put the meat in a bowl, season with all the ingredients and mix well.

Let it rest for an hour and a half to get the seasoning.

Place the fillets in a mold, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes at 200ºC. Remove the aluminum and bake for another 30 minutes.
