Auditor Records CHILD-ABUSE (?) Abuser DEMANDS Record Deleted ⚠️ Public Servants HATE Civil Rights!

East Coast Audits catches two young men restraining a young female who yells "..HELP..." in a room of the Penn Hills Public Library (although it seems like he didn't realize what he recorded at the time). Specifically they have her pinned down using an arm lock and bent wrist control. After being caught in the act the guys approach ECA and one of them demands the video be deleted while making threats.

Belligerent Penn Hills Public Library staff then approach ECA and take the side of the abusers, arguing that constitutional rights are an "infringement" and that "uncomfortable" feelings trump the law.
