How to Convert a Jailbroken PS3 from CEX to DEX with Evilnat PEX CFW

This will cover how to easily convert a jailbroken PS3 with standard retail (CEX) firmware to debug/developer (DEX) firmware! This will allow you to use your PS3 to easily develop, debug, and modify apps/games in real time. This will go through the process of installing the PEX variant of Evilnat CFW, converting the console to DEX, handling future updates while in DEX mode, and finally converting back to CEX.
